Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quarterly roll-ups of financial statements, including a comprehensive summary report for tax and strategic purposes.
Oversee accurate recording of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Maintain fund compliance by tracking investments, capital calls, and distributions related to private equity portfolios.
Manage and monitor cash flow, supporting cash flow forecasting to assist in strategic financial planning.
Coordinate and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
Provide ongoing oversight of financial processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, and financial controls.
Deliver high-level financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
